Returns Policy

We aim to make returns, replacements and refunds as quick and easy for our customers as possible. Please check below for more information on what to do if you have a problem with your order:

• Missing Items •

If there is something missing from your order and you have had no communication from us regarding this, please contact our customer services team using our contact form or via e-mail sales@dickiesdeals.co.uk

You must notify us of any short deliveries within 48 hours of delivery of goods, after this period has ended we will not be able to re-send any items

• Damaged Items •

If there is something wrong with an item from your order please contact our customer services team using our contact form or via e-mail sales@dickiesdeals.co.uk

We will require a photo of the damage to assess the situation, we will then be able to offer either a partial refund, full refund or replacement.

You must notify us of any damages within 48 hours of delivery of goods, after this period has ended we will not be able to assist further

Any items that arrive damaged will need to be returned in most cases, our customer services team will provide details about how to send the item(s) back to use, you will be refunded for any return carriage charges

• Unwanted Items •

If you have changed your mind and would like to return an item, this is possible within 14 days of receipt of the order. You would need to return the item(s) to us at your expense. Please contact us via the contact form of via e-mail (sales@dickiesdeals.co.uk)
